Welcome to 2012!! Today is my first time posting on the blog. I am very excited to get started with some inspiring creations and I hope that you will be able to get some inspiration out of my creations or postings. My church that I go to has challenged us to fast for 21 days. WOW!! you say well wait until you hear what we are to be fasting from and then you tell me your thoughts. My Pastor has been feeling a move from God and feels that the year 2012 we will be seeing some prophetic movements of God and he wants us prepared. He has challenged us to fast 1 meal a day, fast from all leisure time on the computer, from leisure TV watching and from leisure texting. Instead of spending time on Facebook or whatever it is that you do for your leisure time he said to get into the Book and spend time (pray, talk with) with God. Let Him help to direct your path for 2012 and earnestly seek His face and expect a movement from God in our lives. I so look forward to this challenge so since I am fasting from Facebook I thought I would start up a blog and share some inspiration that I get on my 21 days of fasting. I hope you will enjoy my journey with me and PLEASE if you would like to make a comment or feel led to share your feelings please do so. If you would rather do it privately you can send me a note through my email address as well. If you have any prayer concerns you can send them also. One more thing if your a praying person please keep me in your prayers that the devil doesn't take over my time and that I will stay stead fast in my fasting.
I will also be making cards and doing scrapbook layouts and sharing them here on my blog to help inspire you with creations. I haven't been able to do much with any of that lately and really look forward to catching up on that stuff also.
